How we handle information when you work with Taurius

Last updated: 13 April 2026. This page describes how Taurius Technologies (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, stores, and shares personal data when you use our website, contact us, or engage us for services. If anything here conflicts with a signed agreement, the agreement prevails.

1. Who we are
Taurius Technologies is an India-based digital services company. For privacy questions: joseph@tauriustech.com or via the contact page.

2. What we collect
We may process: name, company, role, email address, phone number, messaging handles (e.g. WhatsApp), project details you send, technical data from your visit (IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, approximate location from IP), and cookies or similar technologies where enabled.

3. How we use data
To respond to enquiries, prepare proposals and contracts, deliver and invoice services, improve our site and communications, comply with law, secure our systems, and—with separate consent where required—send occasional updates you opt into.

4. Legal bases (where applicable)
Depending on context we rely on consent (e.g. marketing email), performance of a contract, legitimate interests (e.g. network security, basic analytics, business correspondence), or legal obligation.

5. Sharing & subprocessors
We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with vetted service providers (hosting, email, analytics, collaboration tools) who process it on our instructions, or when required by law or to protect rights and safety.

6. Retention
We keep contact and project records for as long as needed to fulfil the purposes above, including statutory limitation periods for contracts and tax, unless a shorter period is agreed.

7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the data. No method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure.

8. International transfers
Data may be processed in India or, where we use global tools, in other countries with appropriate safeguards where required by law.

9. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data, or object to certain processing. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time. To exercise rights, email us at the address above.

10. Children
Our services are aimed at businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children without appropriate authority.

11. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do; continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
